What we collect
A form submission sends us exactly what you entered: the property’s address, how to reach you (name, phone, email) and, optionally, your situation and timeline. Alongside it we log the page you submitted from, the first page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign codes in the link you clicked (for example a Google Ads click ID or utm tags). We also note simple signals that help us filter out automated spam, such as how quickly the form was submitted.
If you call or text us, your phone carrier and ours handle that call, and we keep notes about the property and the conversation.
How we use it
- To reach you by phone, text or email regarding the property in your inquiry.
- To prepare an offer and, if you go ahead, to work with the settlement attorney on your sale.
- To understand which advertising and pages bring in inquiries, so we can spend less on what does not work.
By sending a form you agree that we may contact you about your property, including by call or text to the number you give us. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our team through service providers that store data and send email and text alerts for us. If you sell to us, the settlement attorney and the title and payoff parties involved in your sale receive what they need to close it. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand your inquiry to other investors.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google’s advertising tag to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries, and may use Google Analytics to count visits. Those services can set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. A small script also keeps the details of the ad or link that brought you here in your browser’s storage, for up to 90 days, so an inquiry can be matched to its source. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and sale records for as long as we need them to deal with you, run the business and meet legal and tax obligations.

The site is intended for property owners and their representatives, all adults. We never knowingly gather data from anyone under 18.
